This workshop which we offered to the CU international academics in the winter semester for the first time, aims to give you a quick insight into the possibility of funding your scientific projects and how the system works at Charles University. You will get acquainted with various grant schemes and get some tips on how to increase the probability of receiving a grant or what to avoid when writing applications.
The 2.5-hour webinar will be held by Adéla Jiroudková (Head of the European Centre at CU Rectorate), who has more than ten years of experience with the pre-award phase (writing applications) and the post-award phase (grant management). She is a member of several European associations and will introduce you to the current policy of the European Commission for the European Research Area. At the end of the session, there will be time for questions and discussion.
